Returns

Since plants are perishable, they cannot be returned without prior permission from Noble Plants, located at 106A W 28th St A, New York, NY 10001, USA. We make every effort to ensure that all plants arrive at your location in good health. However, on rare occasions, issues with plant health upon delivery may occur.

 

Each plant shipped from our facility is healthy at the time of departure. But if you receive a plant in poor condition, contact us immediately at +1 212 – 206 – 1164 or via email at [email protected] so that we can assess the situation and attempt to save the plant. To initiate a claim, we will first require a photo of the plant. If we determine that your plant cannot be revived, we will send you a replacement promptly. If you notify us of the plant’s poor health within 25 days of delivery, we will send a replacement free of charge.

 

If you find the plant to be unhealthy 25 days after delivery, you can reach out to us, and we will issue a 50% store credit30 days after delivery, we cannot be held liable for the current health of the plant.
