Each plant shipped from our facility is healthy at the time of departure. But if you receive a plant in poor condition,
contact us immediately at +1 212 – 206 – 1164 or via email at
[email protected] so that we can assess the situation and attempt to save the plant. To initiate a claim, we will first require a photo of the plant. If we determine that your plant cannot be revived, we will send you a replacement promptly.
If you notify us of the plant’s poor health within 25 days of delivery, we will send a replacement free of charge.
